Before You Begin
Ensure you have Admin credentials for your Dazos CRM instance.
Ensure you have Global login credentials for Call Rail.
Identify your facility's Instance Name (the unique part of your Dazos URL, e.g., yourfacilityhttps://www.google.com/search?q=.dazoshealth.com).
Welcome to our guide on integrating Call Rail with your Dazos CRM! This integration helps you seamlessly track calls and manage your leads. Follow these simple steps to get started.
1. Access VOIP Settings in Dazos CRM
Log in to your Dazos CRM instance.
Navigate to Settings > CRM Settings > Integration > VOIP Settings.
Click on CallRail in the top navigation bar.
Note: Keep this tab open as you will return here to finalize the setup.
2. Configure Webhooks in Call Rail
In a new tab, log in to Call Rail.
Navigate to Integrations from the top or left-hand menu.
3. Select the Webhooks icon (use the search bar if necessary).
Add Webhook URLs: You'll need to copy and paste specific URLs into Call Rail.
You can get these URLs from an existing integration (if you have one in an incognito window) or directly from a provided Google Doc.
Click +Add Another URL for each of the following types and paste the URL
below, replacing the blank line (
_____) with your Dazos Instance Name:Call Routing Complete:

CRITICAL: You must manually update the _____ in every URL with your specific facility name for the integration to function.p is crucial.
3. Set Integration Triggers and Filters
In Call Rail, go to Settings > Integrations > Integration Triggers/Filters.
Configure the filters exactly as follows:
Integration: Webhooks
Number: All Numbers
Call Type: All Calls
Minimum Duration: Any Duration
Tag: All Tags
Qualified: All Calls
We will now go over to generate and use our API Key. This API key will allow Dazos to securely communicate with Call Rail.
Click on API Keys, still in Call Rail:
4. Generate the Call Rail API Key
While still in Call Rail, click on API Keys.
Click the blue Create API V3 Key button in the top-right corner.
Copy the newly generated API Key (Token) immediately.
Copy the API Key: A new API key will be generated. Copy this full number.
5. Finalize CRM Configuration
Return to the VOIP Settings page in your Dazos CRM tab.
Click Edit in the top right corner.
Fill in the following fields:
Account ID: Locate this number in your browser's address bar while in Call Rail (e.g.,
app.callrail.com/settings/a/YOUR_ACCOUNT_ID/...).Token: Paste the API Key you generated in Step 4.
Business Phone Number: Enter
1.Caller ID: Enter your Company Name.
Assigned to: Leave blank (unless specific routing is required).
Click Save.
Optional: Integrating Webforms
If you wish to capture webform submissions through Call Rail into Dazos:
Complete the Basic Integration steps above first.
In Dazos, copy your Web Form URL.
In Call Rail, go to Settings > Integrations > Webhooks.
Paste your Web Form URL into the Form Submission section.
In Dazos, click Map Webform Fields and align your form fields with the corresponding CRM fields.
Verification / Expected Result
Once saved, place a test call to one of your Call Rail numbers. The call should appear as a record within the CRM, and data should sync based on the triggers configured in Step 3.
Troubleshooting / Common Errors
Data Not Syncing: Re-check the Webhook URLs in Call Rail. Ensure the instance name (the
_____part) is spelled correctly and matches your Dazos URL.Invalid Token: Ensure you copied the full API V3 Key without any trailing spaces.
Account ID Issues: Ensure you are using the numeric ID from the URL, not the name of the account.
