How to Add a Logo to IQ Invoices (Patient Collections Module) (IQ)

Clarifies that the IQ invoice logo is set in Customer Portal Settings — not CRM logo settings — correcting the common misdirection from Fin that sent users to the wrong location.

How to Add a Logo to IQ Invoices (Patient Collections Module)

The logo that appears on invoices sent from IQ's Patient Collections module is not controlled by the standard CRM logo settings. It is configured separately in the Customer Portal Settings within IQ. Changing the logo in CRM Settings will not affect IQ invoice logos.

When to Use / Why It Matters

This applies whenever a customer wants their organization's logo to appear on patient-facing invoices sent through IQ's Patient Collections module. This is a common branding request during IQ setup and onboarding.

Steps to Add a Logo to IQ Invoices

  1. Log in to your Dazos IQ instance.

  2. Navigate to Customer Portal Settings (or Customer Portal Configuration).

  3. Locate the Logo field and upload or update your organization's logo.

  4. You can also adjust the Color Scheme and Font Style to match your organization's branding.

  5. Save your changes. The logo will now appear on patient-facing invoices sent from the Patient Collections module.

Verification / Expected Result

After saving, the uploaded logo should appear on invoices generated and sent through IQ's Patient Collections module. You can verify by generating a test invoice and reviewing its appearance before sending to a patient.

Troubleshooting / Common Errors

  • ⚠️ Updating the logo in CRM Settings (Settings → CRM Settings → Logo) will NOT change the logo on IQ invoices. These are two separate settings — CRM logo controls the CRM interface, while Customer Portal Settings controls IQ patient-facing documents.

  • ⚠️ If the logo isn't showing on invoices after updating, confirm you saved the changes in Customer Portal Settings and try generating a new invoice.
