How to Update Company Name on CRM Statements and Invoices (CRM)

If your CRM statements and invoices are showing "Dazos CRM" instead of your company name, you can update this by changing the company details in your CRM settings. This will ensure all future statements and invoices display your correct company name.

Before You Begin

You'll need access to your CRM Settings. If you don't see the "Company Details" option mentioned below, you may need administrator permissions or can request an administrator to make this change for you.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Settings in your CRM

  2. Click on CRM Settings

  3. In the search settings field, search for "Company Details"

  4. Click on Company Details when it appears

  5. Locate the Company Name field

  6. Edit the Company Name field to reflect your correct company name

  7. Save your changes

Expected Result

After updating the company name, all new statements and invoices generated by the CRM will display your correct company name instead of "Dazos CRM".

Troubleshooting

Can't see the "Company Details" option?

If the Company Details option isn't visible in your CRM Settings, you may not have the necessary permissions. Contact an administrator on your account who can update this setting for you.

⚠️ Note: The company name on statements is separate from your Stripe integration settings. Even if Stripe shows the correct company name, you'll need to update it in CRM Settings to fix statement displays.
