Understanding the New Status Badges and Date Formatting in iCampaign List Views (iCampaign)

Overview All list views in iCampaign now display status badges as color-coded pill icons with Font Awesome icons, dates in a consistent human-readable format, and multi-value columns as compact pills with an expandable overflow tooltip.

When to Use / Why It Matters

This affects anyone who views a list view in iCampaign β€” Campaigns, Subscribers, Conversations, Messages, SMS, Users, Logs, TrustHub, and Workspaces all pick up the new styling automatically. Understanding the new color conventions helps you scan statuses at a glance instead of reading text labels row by row.

Access requirements: No role or permission changes were made. Standard module access is sufficient β€” all users who can view a list view will automatically see the updated badge styles.

πŸ’‘ Tip: If badge styles appear as flat gray boxes rather than colored pills, perform a hard-refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac) to clear any cached stylesheets. If the issue persists, contact Dazos support and reference ICD-1288.

πŸ’‘ Tip: Each pill includes a small icon alongside the text β€” a checkmark for success, a clock for pending, a lock for blocked states, and so on. This ensures statuses are distinguishable even for users with color vision differences.

Date columns are reformatted throughout: 2026-06-08 becomes Jun 8, 2026, and timestamps become Jun 8, 2026 3:45 PM. A blue calendar icon appears to the left of every date, and hovering shows the full timestamp in a tooltip.

Workspace / tag / segment columns show the first three values as pills. Additional values are collapsed into a +N pill β€” hover over it to reveal the hidden names.

Tips & Notes

  • Events and Drip Campaigns already used the new pill design before this release β€” no change there.

  • All backend APIs, reports, exports, and non-list-view screens were not changed by this update.

  • This is a purely cosmetic update β€” no roles, permissions, features, or data were added or removed.
