2. To access an overview of your contracts with insurance companies, simply click on the "Contracts Management" tab, conveniently located in the left-side navigation menu.
3. To delve into the details of a particular contract, click on its corresponding row. For instance, to view the Aetna contract, you would click on that specific entry.
4. Upon opening a contract, you will be directed to the Contract Details page. Here, you can comprehensively review registration information, contract specifics, and all pertinent credentialing notes from your billing team.
5. Any documents associated with a specific contract or credential can be easily accessed by clicking on the "Documents" tab within the contract's detailed view.
6. Should you require assistance, simply click on the "Tickets" tab to submit a new help request so your billing team can assist with any questions regarding this contract.
7. To check the status or view notes related to a previously submitted ticket, click on the Title of the respective ticket.
8. Once you've opened a ticket, you can review all related details. From this page, you have the flexibility to attach additional documents, request updates or comments, or close the ticket as needed.
