How to make Mandatory Datetime Fields in Events and Tasks non Mandatory

In this article, you will learn how to make any DateTime field Nonmandatory in tasks and events

Instructions

Go to CRM settings β†’ Module management β†’ Module Layouts & Fields β†’ Events or tasks.

  1. Click on the mandatory button in the desired date time field.

  2. You can now add a task or event without a required Date to save the task.

Make sure to adjust this in both Tasks and events if you would like to make this possible in both of these activities.
