In this article, you will learn how to make any DateTime field Nonmandatory in tasks and events
Instructions
Go to CRM settings β Module management β Module Layouts & Fields β Events or tasks.
Click on the mandatory button in the desired date time field.
You can now add a task or event without a required Date to save the task.
Make sure to adjust this in both Tasks and events if you would like to make this possible in both of these activities.
