1. In this first step, you will need to locate the login credentials to CTM, which will be found here > https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/10PxxRvXO91o6vwjHMIIKhT6BPkfGHzDWhPJfQCt8XQw/edit?gid=0#gid=0
2. Access CTM and Enter the Account Number
Log in to the CTM system using your credentials. On the main dashboard, locate the Account Number field. Enter the organization’s account number and press Enter or click Search to retrieve the facility name associated with the CTM integration.
It's always best practice to have multiple screens open while you are integrating CTM with Dazos. In this step, you will log into the organization's CRM as shown below.
3. Navigate to Settings via the Module Menu
Log in to Dazos CRM and locate the Module Menu on the dashboard, typically in the sidebar or top navigation. Click Settings to open the configuration menu.
4. Click "CRM Settings"
Click on Integration
Click "VOIP Settings"
5. Overview: To integrate CTM with Dazos, you need to obtain the Account ID, Token, and Secret from the CTM platform. This step guides you through locating and retrieving this information.
Step:
Retrieve Account ID, Token, and Secret
Log in to the CTM system using your administrator credentials. Navigate to the Settings or Integrations section, typically found in the sidebar or top navigation. Locate the API Credentials or Integration Settings area. Copy the Account ID, Token, and Secret displayed in the respective fields
6. Within CTM, navigate to the upper right icon and click on it to access the Account ID, which is required for entry into Dazos CRM during the integration process.
7. In the next step, you will need to retrieve the API Token and Secret by clicking on the button I have highlighted in the upper left section of the interface.

Click "API Integration" to retrieve the API token & Secret
The Access key will be entered inside of Dazos as the Token

8. Enter Integration Credentials and Configure Transcript Settings
In the CTM integration settings page, locate the fields for Account ID, Token, and Secret Key. Enter the respective values obtained from CTM. Leave the Assigned to field blank. Set the Save Transcripts field to Lead Comments, check the Save Transcript for Repeat Callers box, and click Save to apply the settings.
9. Webhooks in Dazos CRM enable real-time data transfer to external systems when specific events occur, such as receiving an activity. This step guides you through creating a new webhook for inbound data.

10. Overview: This step guides you through creating a webhook in Dazos CRM, following the same configuration process as the first webhook, to enable further real-time data transfers to an external system.
Step:
Configure a New Webhook
In the Dazos CRM Settings menu, navigate to the Webhooks section. Click New Webhook to start configuring an additional webhook. In the Name field, enter a unique name (e.g., “Dazos CRM Inbound 2”). For the trigger, select When an activity is received start from the dropdown, as done previously. Enter the Callback URL, Username, and Password provided by the external system in their respective fields. Click Save Changes to create the webhook.
Click New Webhook to start configuring a new webhook. In the Name field, enter “Dazos CRM Inbound.” For the trigger, select When an activity is received start from the dropdown. In the Callback URL field, enter the URL provided by the external system to complete the connection. Click Save to create the webhook.
11. These are the webhooks each account needs to have.
12. Now that we have created the webhooks, we need to create a custom field. Select settings as shown below.
13. Click "Custom Fields"
14. Click "New Panel"
15. Click "Name" and enter Dazos CRM
16. Click the "Display Name" field and enter Dazos CRM Link
17. Select the "Website" option.
18. Click the "Redact Data (when using redaction service(s), any data in this field will be permanently removed)" field.
19. In this field, you will be entering the API Name: Insightstx_Link
20. Click here to choose an icon, any icon you want, have fun with it!
21. Select the icon of your choosing
22. Click "Save Changes"
23. After configuring the integration, you need to test its functionality to ensure it works as expected. This step guides you through accessing the Activities section to initiate the test.
Step:
Access the Activities Section\ Log in to the CRM and locate the Phone icon labeled Activities on the dashboard, typically in the sidebar or top navigation. Click the Activities icon to begin testing the integration functionality as shown in the steps below.
24. Click "Calls"
25. To verify the integration functionality, you need to identify the phone numbers linked to the organization in the CRM. This step guides you through locating these phone numbers to conduct test calls.

Locate Phone Numbers in the Source Column
In the CRM’s integration or settings page, navigate to the section displaying organization details, such as Integration Settings or Account Configuration. Locate the Source column, which lists the phone numbers associated with the organization. Copy these phone numbers for use in conducting test calls to verify the integration.
26. After completing the integration setup and making a test call, you need to verify that the call successfully generated a lead in Dazos CRM. This step confirms the integration is functioning and completes the setup process.
Step:
Verify Lead Creation and Complete the Integration
After making a test call to the phone number listed in the Source column, log in to Dazos CRM. Navigate to the Leads module, typically found in the sidebar or top navigation. Check the lead list to confirm that a new lead was generated from the test call. If the lead appears, the integration is successful. Contact your Implementation Representative to confirm the successful completion of the setup.
