How to Add Multiple Recipients
To add multiple email addresses to your workflow email:
Navigate to your workflow email settings in the workflow builder
Locate the 'To' field where you specify email recipients
Enter multiple email addresses separated by commas
Example: [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]Save your workflow settings
Important Notes
Use commas as separators: Make sure to separate each email address with a comma
No spaces required: You can include spaces after commas for readability, but they're not necessary
Test your workflow: Consider testing with a small group first to ensure emails are delivered correctly
What Happens When the Workflow Runs
When your workflow triggers, the email will be sent to all recipients listed in the 'To' field. Each recipient will receive the same email content based on your template configuration.
