How to Connect an Additional KIPU Account to Dazos

If your facility is launching a separate location using a different KIPU account, you can connect this additional KIPU instance to Dazos. This process requires extra billing setup and follows the same integration steps as your initial KIPU connection.

Before You Begin

  • Ensure your new facility location has a separate KIPU account set up

  • Confirm you have administrative access to the new KIPU account

  • Note that there is an additional fee for each KIPU instance connected to Dazos

Steps to Connect Additional KIPU Account

  1. Request quote for additional KIPU integration: Contact your Dazos representative to receive a quote for the additional KIPU API fee. Each additional KIPU instance requires a separate fee.

  2. Complete billing setup: Ensure the additional fee is processed and billing is completed before proceeding with the integration setup.

  3. Invite Dazos integrations team: From your new KIPU account, send an invitation to [email protected]

  4. Provide API credentials: Share the API key for your new KIPU account with the Dazos integrations team.

  5. Wait for integration completion: The Dazos team will complete the integration setup following the same process used for your initial KIPU connection.

Important Notes

⚠️ Billing First: The additional fee must be processed and billing completed before the integration can be set up. The integration team will not proceed without confirmed billing.
