Before You Begin
Ensure you understand your current discharge workflow and referral account mappings
Document any existing values in KIPU's Discharge/Transition To field before starting
⚠️ Important: This mapping change requires backend configuration and testing by the Dazos team. You cannot complete this process independently.
Steps
Add [email protected] as a super admin user in your KIPU instance. This allows the Dazos team to properly test and configure the field mapping. [email protected] added.
Document all existing values in KIPU's Discharge/Transition To field so the Dazos team can ensure the Dazos picklist matches exactly.
Contact Dazos Support with the following information:
Request for Discharging To field remapping to align with KIPU's Discharge/Transition To field
Your KIPU instance URL
Confirmation that [email protected] has super admin access
Any existing field values that need to be preserved
Confirmation that existing referral account mapping must be maintained
The Dazos team will configure and test the mapping to ensure:
The Discharging To field properly syncs with KIPU's Discharge/Transition To field
Existing referral account mapping continues to work
No existing functionality is disrupted
Verification / Expected Result
Once remapping is complete:
The Discharging To field in Dazos opportunities displays data from KIPU's Discharge/Transition To field
Discharge information appears in both the opportunity record and referral accounts
All existing referral workflows continue to function normally
