Before You Begin
Access Level: You must have Administrative access to modify the CRM Settings in your Dazos account.
Steps
Navigate to Settings β CRM Settings.
Under the configuration menu, click on Company Details.
Scroll through the company details until you locate the specific setting that controls the Outbound Referral shortcut section. (Look for a multi-select field related to Sales Stages).
Click Edit and select the exact Sales Stages where you want these referral fields to automatically appear (for example, select "Referred Out - Working" or "Referred Out - Not a Fit").
Click Save to lock in your changes.
Expected Result
When users change the Sales Stage to one of your selected stages in an Intake Opportunity, the Outbound Referral section will automatically appear, displaying the "Referred To", "Referral Date", and "Referral Stage" fields.
Important Notes
β οΈ Note: This setting currently only works on Sales Stage changes, not as a traditional field dependency.
