How to Upgrade from CTM Version 1 to Version 2 (CRM)

This guide walks you through upgrading from Call Tracking Metrics (CTM) Version 1 to Version 2. The upgrade requires configuration changes in both CTM and Dazos CRM to work properly.

Before You Begin

Ensure you have administrative access to both your CTM account and Dazos CRM.

Steps

Step 1: Enable V2 Softphone in CTM

  1. Log in to your Call Tracking Metrics account

  2. Navigate to Settings

  3. Navigate to Behaviors

  4. Navigate to Softphone

  5. Turn on the V2 Softphone toggle

  6. Save your changes

Step 2: Switch to CTM Version 2 in Dazos CRM

  1. Log in to Dazos CRM


  2. Go to Settings → CRM Settings

  3. Go to Integrations → VOIP Settings

  4. Select Use CTM Version 2

  5. Click Save to apply the changes

Verification / Expected Result

After completing both steps, your team will be using the CTM V2 Softphone experience, which is built on WebRTC and supports single sign-on and integrations with tools like Salesforce.

⚠️ Important: Both settings (CTM and Dazos CRM) must be configured for the upgrade to work properly. Changing only one setting will not complete the upgrade process.
