How to Change Sales Stages in CRM Settings (CRM)

Overview: You can modify your sales stages by updating the picklist values in CRM Settings, allowing you to customize your sales pipeline to match your business process.

Before You Begin

⚠️ Important: Before removing any existing sales stages, consider how this will affect historical records that already use those stages. Plan how you will handle or replace existing data before making changes.


Steps

  1. Navigate to CRM Settings.

  2. Click on Module Management from the settings menu.

  3. Select Picklist Field Values from the available options.

  4. Locate and select "Intake Ops - Sales Stage" from the list of picklist fields.

  5. Add, edit, or remove sales stages as needed for your pipeline.

  6. Click Save to apply your changes.

Your updated sales stages will be available in your sales pipeline and for all future opportunity records.
