1. What we need to do:
Obtain Credentials: Secure the specific Client ID, Client Secret, and Grant Type provided for the Healthcare integration with the Alleva EMR.
Account Creation: Utilize the necessary Alleva interface or API to provision a new account.
Connection Establishment: Once the account is successfully created and verified, establish the secure connection or integration link between the client's CRM/system and the newly provisioned Alleva account.

4. Integration Steps
Step 1: This type of screen will display when you click on Alleva EMR settings.
Step 2: For the first time, you need to add a connection by clicking on 'Add Account', then entering all the required keys and connecting them.
Step 3: Next, you must click on 'Add EMR mapping Entities' to set up the required integration between the CRM and EMR fields. This button is located right next to the 'Add Account button’.
Synchronize Referral companies and their associated Referral contacts to ensure the EMR ID of the corresponding Referral Source and Referral Contact is accurately sent to the CRM Patient record.
Step 4: Next to the connection fields, click on "Alleva Fields Mapping" to map the fields for the CRM-to-EMR integration. These mandatory fields must be mapped by the user for successful data syncing.
Step 5: The next step requires the user to specify the document types and the particular EMR and CRM systems for integration. Users can add these by clicking "add," and they have the ability to edit, update, or delete entries as necessary.
Step 6: Integrating the CRM system with the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system is a mandatory requirement. This integration is essential. Users can add these by clicking "add," and they have the ability to edit, update, or delete entries as necessary.
Step 7: For successful integration and accurate patient data transfer between the CRM and EMR, users must define the Discharge Type, Level of Care (LOC), and Treatment Programs. These are crucial entities for mapping the corresponding integrated fields.
Users have the flexibility to add new entries and subsequently edit, update, or delete them as needed. This accurate mapping facilitates the two-way data flow: pushing patient data from the CRM to the EMR and pulling it back from the EMR to the CRM.
Step 8: Alleva EMR: Intake Opportunity Creation
After completing all the necessary mapping, proceed to "Intake Opportunities."
Create a new intake opportunity.
Once the opportunity is created, click the three-dot menu icon located in the top-right corner.
Step 9: Clicking the "Create Patient IN Alleva" pop-up allows the user to push the CRM data to the EMR, using the established data mapping.
Step 10: Once the data is pushed, it will appear in the "Linked EMR records" section below. Currently, this section is empty because no data has been pushed yet. After the push operation, the pushed records will be displayed here (refer to the screenshot).
Step 11: The resulting screen will then be displayed.
