The Redesigned iCampaign Navigation Menu (IC)

Learn about the newly reorganized left-hand navigation menu in iCampaign. This guide covers the new groupings for Email & SMS, Social Media, Automation, and Settings, helping you find your essential tools faster.

Overview

The left-hand navigation menu in iCampaign has been reorganized into clear, easy-to-scan groups. Related tools are now gathered under a small set of headings — Email & SMS, Social Media, Automation, and Settings — so you can find what you need faster. Nothing was removed: every screen you used before is still here, just grouped in a more predictable place.

1. Before You Start

You will need: an active iCampaign account and permission to sign in to your workspace.

Access requirements: the menu shows each person only the areas they are allowed to use. Administrator-only areas — such as Settings, Manage Users, Manage Roles, and Platform Connector — appear only for users with the Admin or Super Admin role. If you don't see one of these, your account does not have access to it.

⚠️ Note: If a group or item you expect is missing, contact your workspace administrator (or Dazos support) to confirm your role and permissions.

2. The New Menu at a Glance

The sidebar now opens with these top-level entries, top to bottom:

⚠️ Important: Some Settings items are restricted by role. Email Services, Validate Subscribers, and Logs are available to Super Admins only, and several others require the Admin role. If an item isn't listed for you, your account doesn't have access to it.

7. Finding the Page You're On

You never have to remember where a screen lives. When you open any page, the menu automatically:

  • highlights the item for the page you're viewing, and

  • opens the groups that contain it — including nested groups.

For example, opening a conversation highlights Conversations and opens both Messages and Email & SMS above it. Opening TrustHub highlights TrustHub and opens both the Settings → Email & SMS group and Settings.

8. Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Did any of my screens or features go away?

No. Everything you used before is still available — it has only been regrouped under a clearer heading. Your links, bookmarks, and saved pages continue to work.

Q: Why don't I see some of the groups or items shown here?

The menu only displays what your role allows. Administrator-only areas (like Settings, Manage Users, or Platform Connector) won't appear for standard users. Ask your workspace administrator if you need access.

Q: Where did "Platforms" go?

It's now called Platform Connector, under Social Media. Only the name changed.

Q: Some items are grouped two levels deep now — is that normal?

Yes. A few areas open into a sub-group (for example, Email & SMS → Messages, or Settings → Email & SMS). Just click the group to open the next level.

Q: How do I collapse a group I opened?

Click the group's name again to close it. The section for your current page stays open automatically.

Need Help?

If you run into issues:

  1. Confirm you're signed in to the correct workspace (use the workspace selector at the top of the page).

  2. Check with your workspace administrator that your role includes access to the area you're looking for.

  3. Contact Dazos support with a description of what you expected to see, and reference ICD-1429.
