Widget Overview
Title: The title of your Widget should be a descriptive name that will help you interpret the data on your Widget. For out of the box Widgets, Dazos sets these but they are customizable should you need to update them later
Total: This represents the record count of grouped data that you’re viewing in your Widget. Grouped data refers to the underlying report that was used to create the Widget. Rather than referring to it line by line, you can review it in groups. Some examples might be:
Viewing Admissions grouped by Date
Viewing Admissions grouped by Facility
Viewing Admissions grouped by Marketing Source
Quick Actions: In the upper right corner of your Widget, where applicable, you have the option to
Expand the Widget to full screen
Refresh the Widget to the latest data
Edit the Widget if you have the appropriate permissions
Download the Widget’s underlying data
Adjust the Widget’s presentation of Grouped data
Accessing Reports: By clicking the “
” hyperlink at the bottom of your Widget, you will be automatically redirected to the report that is depicted by your Widget. This is where you can do a deep dive into your data and customize the report (and subsequent Widget) as needed.
