How Do I Log In to Dazos CRM?

This article explains how to log in to Dazos CRM for the first time, what to do if you forget your password, and how to regain access if your account becomes locked.

Steps to Log In to Dazos CRM

  1. Check Your Email for Login Credentials
    After your account is created, you’ll receive an email containing your temporary login credentials and a link to access Dazos CRM.

  2. Go to Your Dazos CRM Login Page
    You can log in by clicking the link in the email or by navigating directly to your Dazos CRM instance URL.
    Your instance URL will look similar to:

    https://yourcompany.dazoshealth.com/crm

    This URL is provided by Dazos during your instance setup.

  3. Enter Your Email and Password
    Use the credentials from your welcome email to sign in. You may be prompted to update your password after your first login.


Forgot Your Password?

If you’re unable to log in because you forgot your password:

  1. Click the Forgot Password link on the login page

  2. Follow the password reset instructions sent to your email

  3. If you do not receive the email or need assistance, contact your organization’s Dazos administrator to reset your password manually


Account Lockout Information

  • You have 5 attempts to enter the correct password

  • After 5 failed attempts, your account will be locked for security purposes

  • If locked out:

    • Wait 1 hour for the system to automatically unlock your account

    • Or contact your organization’s Dazos administrator to unlock it sooner
