If your platform allows embedding custom form code, we can provide you with a code snippet. You’ll just need someone on your team to format the code so it matches your website’s design and user experience. Once embedded, submissions will be captured and passed to Dazos.

Dazos is a verified app on Zapier, making it easy to connect with many third-party form tools that also integrate with Zapier. If your form platform supports a Zapier trigger (e.g., “New Form Submission”), you can use Zapier to automatically send that data into Dazos.
