Before You Begin
You need administrative access to your Dazos CRM
Your website must be using Gravity Forms for web form management
You'll need to coordinate with your web developer or web development team
The desired lead source value must already exist in your Dazos CRM picklist
Steps
Configure the Auto-Population Rule in Dazos
Contact Dazos support to set up an auto-population rule for your lead source field. This rule will automatically assign the specified lead source value (e.g., 'Web Site - Palmetto') to all leads coming from your web form.
Schedule a Configuration Meeting
Book a meeting with Dazos support using their scheduling link to configure the technical integration. Include your web developer or the person responsible for managing your Gravity Forms.
Configure the Gravity Forms Webhook
During the meeting, work with Dazos support and your web developer to:
Set up the webhook connection between Gravity Forms and Dazos
Complete field mapping to ensure form data flows correctly to the right fields in Dazos
Test the integration to verify leads are populating correctly
Verification / Expected Result
After configuration is complete, all form submissions from your website will automatically appear in Dazos CRM with:
The correct lead source value populated automatically
All form field data mapped to the appropriate CRM fields
Proper lead tracking for better reporting and analysis
Troubleshooting / Common Issues
If leads are not appearing in Dazos after initial setup:
Verify the webhook URL is correctly configured in Gravity Forms
Check that field mapping was completed during the configuration meeting
