How to Integrate Cognito Forms with Dazos (CRM)

Overview There is no direct native integration between Dazos CRM and Cognito Forms. However, three workaround solutions are available to connect the two platforms and automatically transfer form data to your CRM.

Available Integration Options

Option 1 — Zapier Integration (Recommended)

The easiest method requires no coding, and both platforms support it natively.

How it works:

  • A new Cognito Forms entry triggers lead or opportunity creation in Dazos CRM

  • Dazos CRM integrates with 8,000+ apps on Zapier

  • Field mapping is handled through Zapier's interface

Requirements:

  • Cognito Forms Pro, Teams, or Enterprise plan (integrations require a paid tier)

  • Active Zapier account

  • Access to both Dazos CRM and Cognito Forms for authentication

Option 2 — Webhook Integration

Uses Dazos CRM's native webhook support to receive form submissions directly from Cognito Forms.

How it works:

  • Configure Cognito Forms to send a webhook payload to Dazos when a form is submitted

  • Dazos receives the webhook data and creates leads automatically

  • Requires technical setup to map fields correctly

Requirements:

  • Technical knowledge for webhook configuration

  • Access to webhook settings in Cognito Forms

  • Webhook endpoint setup in Dazos CRM

Option 3 — Custom API Integration

The most development-intensive option, suitable for organizations with specific customization needs.

How it works:

  • Build a middleware solution using both the Dazos Open API and Cognito Forms API

  • Create custom integrations for unique business requirements

  • Full control over data flow and field mapping

Requirements:

  • Development resources and technical expertise

  • Access to both APIs

  • Custom application or middleware development

Getting Started

Best Practice: Start with Zapier — it requires no coding and both platforms support it natively.

⚠️ Important: Cognito Forms integrations require a Pro, Teams, or Enterprise plan regardless of which integration method you choose.
