Zapier makes it incredibly easy to connect your favorite apps and automate lead creation in our CRM, without writing a single line of code. Whether your leads are coming from web forms, social media, ad platforms, or email, Zapier ensures they’re captured instantly and consistently. This means no more manual data entry, faster follow-up times, and fewer leads falling through the cracks. It’s a simple way to supercharge your workflows and keep your pipeline flowing automatically.
1. Navigate to your instance URL
2. Login to your Dazos CRM
3. Click " Settings
4. Click "CRM Settings"
5. Click "Integration"
6. Click "Zapier"
7. Click this checkbox to enable the Zapier credentials. You will want to save these for when it is time to enter these credentials in zapier
8. Open up a new tab in Zapier
9. Click "Create" to create the Zap
10. Click "Automated workflows"
11. Click "Trigger"
12. Enter in the App you will like to designate as the trigger. In this example we are selecting Wordpress
13. Click "Choose an event" This will be the event that your would like to trigger Dazos to Create the Lead for example "New Submission"
14. You will then want to click on Account below the trigger event from the screenshot above and sign into the App with your credentials
15. You will see that a new window will pop up. make sure to enable pop-ups in your browser to be able to see this prompt. Once you land in this page you can enter your credentials
16. Now it is time to add the Action. This will be the step where we select Dazos CRM
17. Click "Dazos CRM"
18. Click "Choose an event"
19. Click "Creates a new Lead"
20. After adding the "Action event" Below that you will See an "Account" option. This is where you will need your Zapier credentials from the Dazos CRM from the previous step.
21. You will notice another pop- up to enter these credentials.
22. Click "Yes, Continue to Dazos CRMCancel"
23. You will want to proceed to configure. This is where you can choose to Map the fields from the Third party APP to the Dazos CRM for example First name Last name Phone Number etc.
24. You can then proceed to testing this step to ensure that this is working as expected.
