To successfully integrate Google Ads with the Dazos CRM, you'll need to complete three key setup steps. Follow the instructions below to ensure your integration is configured correctly.

1. Google Click ID (GCLID) Tracking

The first requirement is to ensure that Google Click IDs (GCLIDs) are being captured and stored in the Dazos CRM.

How to verify:

  • Confirm that your Call Manager is connected to the Dazos CRM.

  • Once connected, GCLIDs will automatically flow into the CRM at the Lead level.

If GCLIDs appear in lead records, you're good to go for this step. IF you notice your GCLID field is not populating a GCLID or the Field is missing please contact [email protected]


2. Zapier Integration

You’ll need an active Zapier account to serve as the bridge between Google Ads and Dazos CRM.

  • Dazos integrates with Zapier to automate the process of sending offline conversion data from your CRM to Google Ads.

  • If you don’t have an account yet, you can sign up at zapier.com.


3. Google Ads Offline Conversions

Lastly, you'll need a Google Ads account with two offline conversion actions set up. These will allow you to send key CRM lifecycle events back to Google Ads for accurate conversion tracking.

Create the following offline conversion actions in your Google Ads account:

  • Lead Converted to Opportunity

  • Opportunity Admitted

These events will be triggered via Zapier when matching actions occur in Dazos CRM.
