How to Hide and Reactivate both active and inactive fields.

In this article, you will learn how to Hide and Reactivate fields in the CRM for any module.

Instructions

Hiding fields:

  1. Go to Settings → CRM Settings → Module management → Module Layouts & Fields.

  2. Select the module that contains the field you would like to hide.

  3. Hide the field by clicking the “Show Field” switch button from “Yes” to “No”.

  4. Your Field is now Hidden from any user in the CRM.


Reactivating Fields:

  1. Go to Settings → CRM Settings → Module management → Module Layouts & Fields.

  2. Select the module that contains the field you would like to hide.

  3. Locate the block where the field was hidden and click on View Hidden fields

  4. Select the desired field(s) and click on “Reactivate”

  5. You have successfully reactivated your Field(s)

Tip: Every block has a “View Hidden Fields” button. This allows you to search all hidden fields in the even that you forgot what block the field was hidden from.
