How to Display Member ID in the Outbound Referral List View in Dazos CRM

Overview
Displaying key identifiers like the Member ID in your Outbound Referral list view is essential for quick access to patient-related information. This customization improves visibility, reduces lookup time, and ensures staff can cross-reference records without navigating away from the page.

Before You Begin
• Access to Dazos CRM
• Permissions to configure list views in the Admissions module

Steps

1. Access the CRM: Open your web browser and navigate to your organization’s Dazos CRM link.

2. Open the Admissions Module: From the left-hand navigation menu, click on “Admissions” to expand its options.

3. Select Outbound Referral: Click on “Outbound Referral” to access the list view associated with this module.

4. Open the Column Editor: Click on the column editor icon (usually located in the top-left corner of the list view). This will display the interface where you can add or remove visible fields.

5. Search for the Member ID Field: In the “Search Fields” input box, begin typing the name of the field as it is saved in your CRM—typically “Member ID”.

6. Type “Member ID”: As you type, matching fields will begin to populate in the dropdown list.

7. Choose “Opportunity - Member ID” if the Member ID is stored within the Intake Opportunity field.

8. Choose “Opportunity - Member ID Referenced” if the Member ID is referenced from another field, such as an associated Account.

9. Save and Update the View: Click on “Update List” to apply your changes. The Member ID column should now be visible in the Outbound Referral module list view.

Verification / Expected Result
• The Outbound Referral list view now includes the Member ID column.
• Staff can view Member IDs without needing to open individual records.

Troubleshooting / Common Errors
• Field not found: Double-check the field name in CRM settings.
• Changes not visible: Ensure you clicked Update List and refresh the page.
• No access to editor: Confirm you have permissions for customizing list views.
