Overview
This guide explains how to set up a new Ritten EMR integration with Dazos CRM. The integration enables pushing patient demographics, discharge data, and LOC mapping between the systems.
Before You Begin
You'll need the following information from your Ritten account:
Location Alias
Client ID
Client Secret
Integration credentials (similar to Sunwave integration setup)
โ ๏ธ Note: If you already have one Ritten account connected and want to add a second location, you can follow the same setup process for the additional account.
Steps
Gather Required Information: Contact your Ritten administrator to obtain the Location Alias, Client ID, and Client Secret for the account you want to integrate.
Provide Integration Credentials: Create integration credentials for Dazos (using the integrations email) similar to the Sunwave integration process.
Submit Integration Request: Contact Dazos support with the required information to configure the integration.
Complete Initial Setup: Dazos support will configure the connection and perform initial mapping for LOC mapping, discharge types, treatment programs, and insurance policies.
Integration Capabilities
Once configured, the Ritten integration supports:
Demographics Data Push: Patient demographic information is sent from Dazos to Ritten
Discharge Data: Discharge information syncs between systems
LOC Mapping and Updates: Level of care information is mapped and updated
Custom Fields: Available on a case-by-case basis (requires review)
๐ก Note: PAA mapping is likely not within scope of this integration.
Expected Timeline and Considerations
โ ๏ธ Important: Working with Ritten support can be complex and may involve delays, especially for custom requirements that need cross-department coordination. Standard mapping is processed first, with specific customizations handled as additional requests.
Verification / Expected Result
After setup is complete, you should be able to:
Push patient demographics from Dazos CRM to Ritten
Receive discharge updates in your CRM
View accurate LOC mapping between systems
