This article explains how to set up and use this feature.
Before You Begin
Make sure the following are in place before pushing Tasks or Events to Ritten:
Your Ritten EMR integration has been connected in Dazos (see How to Set Up a Ritten EMR Integration with Dazos CRM if you haven't done this yet)
You have access to Settings → EMR → Ritten in your Dazos instance
Staff members who will be assigned tasks or events in Ritten have been mapped in the Staff Mapping settings
Steps
Connect Ritten in Settings
Navigate to Settings → EMR → Ritten and confirm your Ritten integration is active and connected.Map Staff and Set a Default Assignee
In the Ritten integration settings, open Staff Mapping and map your Dazos staff members to their corresponding Ritten users. Set a default assignee for cases where a specific staff member is not mapped.Create a Task or Event in the CRM
Navigate to the relevant patient record in Dazos CRM and create a Task or Event as you normally would.Tick the Ritten Box
On the Task or Event, tick the Ritten box. This creates the item in Ritten EMR too.
Result
After completing these steps, the Task or Event will appear in Ritten on the patient chart:
A CRM Task is pushed to Ritten as a Ritten task
A CRM Event is pushed to Ritten as a Ritten calendar event on the patient chart
Important Notes
Patient name in task title: Ritten tasks do not support attaching a patient directly to a task. To work around this, Dazos automatically adds the patient's name to the task title so the association is clear in Ritten.
Companion calendar event: When a task is pushed to Ritten, a companion calendar event is also created on the patient chart.
Managing pushed items: After an item has been sent to Ritten, you can perform the following actions from the CRM:
Update Existing — update the item already in Ritten
Re-send — push the item to Ritten again
Cancel — nothing is sent to Ritten
