How to Push Patients from Dazos CRM to Ritten EMR (and What Information Is Needed for Setup) (CRM)

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure the following are in place:

  • Your Ritten EMR integration has been fully set up and connected by the Dazos team

  • The required mapping values have been provided to Dazos Support during integration setup (see below)

  • You have access to Intake Opportunities in your Dazos CRM instance

Information Required During Integration Setup

Before the Dazos team can complete the Ritten EMR integration, you must supply the following values exactly as they appear in your Ritten account. These are used to configure the field mapping between Dazos CRM and Ritten EMR.

  1. Admitted Status — Provide the status name and its unique status ID as they appear in Ritten. Example format:

    • Status Name: Admitted

    • Status ID: c33d4211-f707-5516-998a-fc33cca10955

  2. Discharge Types — Provide the full list of discharge type names exactly as they are labeled in Ritten. Common examples include:

    • Successful

    • AMA/ACA

    • Transfer

    • Administrative

    • Deceased

    • Intake - No Show

    • Unsuccessful

  3. Levels of Care (LOCs) — Provide the LOC values currently used in your Ritten patient program enrollments. Common examples include:

    • IOP (2.1)

    • PHP (2.5)

    • Clinically Managed High-Intensity Residential Services (3.5)

    • Outpatient Services (1.0)

Important: All values must match exactly as they appear in Ritten. Any discrepancies may prevent proper mapping and cause data sync issues.

After the data is sent, the patient record will appear in the Linked EMR Records section within the opportunity. If this section is empty, the push has not yet been completed.

After completing these steps, the patient's demographic and relevant clinical data will have been pushed from Dazos CRM to Ritten EMR. The linked record will be visible in the Linked EMR Records section of the Intake Opportunity. If you do not see the record appear or encounter any issues, contact Dazos Support for assistance.
