This guide outlines the two distinct methods for admitting a patient into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, specifically within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) module. Each method involves a unique button, and they serve different purposes depending on the desired workflow for patient enrollment. Below, we explain the functionality of each button in detail to clarify their differences and help you choose the appropriate option for your needs.
1. When the green "Patient" button is selected, the patient’s profile is created in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, and their treatment plan begins immediately. In many cases, additional information must be gathered to determine whether the patient will be admitted to the treatment plan or referred to an external facility. The green "Patient" button prioritizes efficiency, making it ideal for streamlined workflows, but it is less adaptable if additional information is needed post-enrollment.
2. For customers opting to delay a patient’s enrollment in the treatment plan, the process is as follows: Select the three designated buttons to begin.
