Step 2: Navigate to Settings

Click Settings from the main navigation menu on the left.

Step 3: Open CRM Settings and Configuration

In Settings, select CRM Settings, then click Configuration.

Step 4: Access Dazos Support Settings

Locate and select Dazos Support Settings to manage Intercom and support integrations.

Step 5: Find Intercom Company Mapping

Scroll down to the Intercom Company Mapping section. Here, you'll see a list of Dazos CRM instances available for connection.

Step 6: Add and Name Your Instance

Find your target instance (e.g., Golden Gate Recovery), and enter the exact company name as it appears in your organization settings. This ensures seamless mapping between Dazos and Intercom.

Step 7: Save Your Changes

When you're finished, click Save to confirm the mapping.

Step 8: Confirm the Instance Mapping

Use the search bar and enter part of the instance name (like 'gol') to quickly find your connected instance. Verify its status displays as Active.

Step 9: Open the Mapped CRM Instance

Click on the mapped instance from your organization list to open its workspace.

Step 10: Go to Instance Settings and Support Integration

Inside the instance, select Settings again, followed by CRM Settings, Configuration, and finally Dazos Support Settings to view the integration details.

Step 11: Sync CRM Users

Make sure all initial users from the organization are properly created. Click Sync All CRM Users to pull in the latest user data from Dazos.

Step 12: Check for Active User Status

Review the user list and ensure all mapped users appear with an "active" status to confirm the sync worked.

Step 13: Verify in User Management

Go to User Management, click Users, and search for one of the synced users.

Step 14: Impersonate a User to Test Intercom

Click the information ("i") icon next to a user, then use Log in as this user. Once inside the user's dashboard, check the lower right for the Intercom Messenger widget (typically shown as a question mark). This confirms Intercom setup is complete.

Conclusion

Your Dazos CRM instance is now mapped to Intercom. Users in your organization can access the Messenger and help center for support directly within the application. Test with several users to ensure company-wide integration is seamless.
