Q: How do I create a VOB so it appears in the Biller’s CRM?
A:
Follow these steps carefully:
Create a New VOB Record
Complete Required Intake Details
Select the Program (training/program type)
Enter the Admission Date
Enter the Member ID
Select the Insurance Company
Save and Verify
Click Save
Click Verify to complete the initial VOB step
Create the Full VOB
Submission Complete
The Full VOB is now created and sent
This is the step that allows the VOB to properly appear in the Biller’s CRM
Q: Why does this fix incomplete VOBs?
A:
Sometimes VOBs get stuck in an incomplete state due to timing issues, partial submissions, or earlier data inconsistencies. Creating a new VOB and then explicitly generating a Full VOB re-initiates the process and allows the Biller’s system to properly receive and process it.
Q: How do I know it worked?
A:
The VOB should no longer remain stuck as Incomplete
Eligibility details should begin to populate
The Biller should now see the VOB in their CRM
If the Biller still doesn’t see it after completing these steps, Support may need to review the submission.
