Before You Begin:
Ensure you have administrator access to CRM Settings.
Confirm that your VOIP integration is already configured.
Identify the webform fields and corresponding CRM fields you want to map.
Steps:
Log in to the CRM and navigate to the Dashboard.
Click Settings.
Select CRM Settings.
Click Integrations.
Select VOIP Settings.
Click Map Webform Fields.
Under Select Lead Fields, choose the CRM field you want to map (e.g., Contact Name).
If applicable, switch to the appropriate call tracking tab (Your company CTM instance) and select the correct field such as Contact Name.
Under Select Response Values, paste the name field coming from CTM.
Click Submit to save the mapping configuration.
Expected Result:
The selected webform fields are successfully mapped to the corresponding CRM lead fields.
New incoming webform or VOIP data populates the correct CRM fields automatically.
A confirmation message appears after submission.
