Your Alleva EMR integration must be configured and connected.
For custom field mapping, verify field availability in the Alleva API.

In Dazos CRM, navigate to Settings > CRM Settings.
Go to Integrations > EMR Settings.
Click on the Alleva tab.
Click the Alleva Field Mapping button to view the default system mappings.

2. Setting Up Custom Field Mapping
Verify the field you want to map is available in the Alleva API endpoints.
Obtain the exact API field name from Alleva documentation.
In the Dazos field mapping section, locate the field or click the + plus sign to add a new one.
Enter the API field name and configure the mapping direction.
Click Save.
Caption: Ensure the API field name matches Alleva's documentation exactly.
π‘ Tip: Always use the "Internal Name" or "API Name" from Alleva, not the display label, to ensure the sync doesn't break.
Verification / Expected Result
After saving, data should sync bi-directionally. You can verify success by:
Making a test change to a mapped field in Dazos or Alleva.
Confirming the change reflects in the opposite system within a few minutes.
Troubleshooting / Common Errors
Error/Issue | Solution |
Field not syncing | Verify the API field name is correct and available in the specific Alleva API endpoint. |
Custom field option missing | Ensure you have Admin permissions and the integration is active. |
Mapping fails to save | Check for special characters in the API name; it must match Alleva's string exactly. |
