Before You Begin
You must have administrator access to your CTM account
Your CTM to Dazos webhook integration must already be configured
Call star rating functionality must be enabled in CTM
Understand which star rating threshold you want to use (typically 3+ stars)
Steps
Log in to your CTM account and navigate to the main dashboard.
Access the Triggers/Workflows section (this may be under Automation or Settings, depending on your CTM interface).
Create a new trigger by clicking the appropriate "Add" or "Create" button.
Configure the trigger conditions:
Set the trigger event to "When the activity ends, and all data is ready"
Add a condition for "If the score equals 3 stars" (or your preferred rating threshold)
Configure the trigger action:
Set the action to "Send webhook to create leads"
Ensure the webhook points to your Dazos CRM endpoint
Save the trigger configuration and activate it.
Test the setup by making a test call and rating it 3+ stars to verify the lead is created in Dazos.
Verification / Expected Result
Only calls rated 3 stars or higher will trigger webhook sends to Dazos CRM
Lower-rated calls (1-2 stars) will remain in CTM but won't create leads in Dazos
The CTM activity log should show successful webhook deliveries for qualifying calls
Corresponding lead records should appear in your Dazos CRM Leads module
Troubleshooting / Common Errors
No leads being created: Verify that your webhook URL is correct and that the trigger is activated
All calls still transferring: Check that the star rating condition is properly configured and saved
Webhook errors: Review CTM's webhook delivery logs for error messages and verify your Dazos integration settings
Rating not being captured: Ensure call rating functionality is enabled and being used consistently
π‘ Tip: This workflow approach allows you to maintain full control over lead quality while reducing manual filtering work in your CRM.
