Log in to your Dazos CRM instance and go to Settings > CRM Settings > Data Mapping > Lead Conversion Data Mapping.
2. Click the Add Mapping button in the top right corner of the mapping screen to unlock the fields for editing.
3. Create New Mapping for BD Rep Field
Select the "Assigned To" field on the Leads module and the "BD Rep" field on the Accounts and Intake Opportunities modules.
4. Save the Configuration
Verification / Expected Result
To verify the setup works correctly:
Create or locate a test lead that has a BD representative assigned in the 'Assigned To' field
Convert the lead to an Account and Intake Opportunity
Open the newly created Account and Intake Opportunity records
Confirm that the BD Rep field in both records now contains the same person who was assigned to the original lead
β Success: The 'Assigned To' owner will automatically transfer to the BD Rep field in both the Account and Intake Opportunity whenever a lead is converted.
Troubleshooting / Common Errors
BD Rep Field Not Visible in Dropdown: Ensure you have created the BD Rep field in both the Accounts and Intake Opportunities modules before attempting to map it
Mapping Not Working: Verify that the field data types are compatible (Owner fields should map to Owner fields)
Empty Values After Conversion: Check that the original lead actually has a value in the 'BD Rep' field before conversion
