How User Creation Works in Dazos: Support Limitations and Proper Process (CRM)

Dazos Support cannot create new user accounts in your system. User creation must be handled by administrators within your organization or through your Customer Success Manager (CSM).

Why Support Cannot Create Users

For security and auditing purposes, Dazos Support is not authorized to create or delete user accounts on behalf of any organization. This policy ensures that account management remains under your organization's control and maintains proper security protocols.

Who Can Create Users in Dazos

Organization Administrators: Users with administrative privileges can create new accounts directly within the Dazos system through the user management interface.

Customer Success Manager (CSM): Your assigned CSM can handle user provisioning and setup as part of their account management responsibilities.

What to Do When You Need New Users

If you need to add new users to your Dazos system:

  • Contact your CSM: Reach out to your Customer Success Manager who will handle the user creation process

  • Use admin access: If you have administrative privileges, you can create users directly in the system

  • Contact your internal admin: Work with someone in your organization who has user management permissions

Expected Process Timeline

When working with your CSM for user creation, they will typically reach out directly to set up the requested accounts. The CSM manages the entire provisioning process rather than routing requests through the support team.
