How to Integrate Mailchimp with Dazos (CRM)

This guide explains how to integrate Mailchimp with Dazos CRM to synchronize your email marketing platform with your customer relationship management system. Once configured, this integration enables seamless data flow between both platforms.

Before You Begin

Make sure you have the following:

  • Admin access to Dazos CRM

  • A valid Mailchimp account

  • Admin permissions in your Mailchimp account to generate API keys

Integration Methods

There are two ways to integrate Mailchimp with Dazos CRM:

  • Direct API Integration - Uses Mailchimp's API key for direct connection

  • Zapier Integration - Uses Zapier as a bridge between the two platforms

Method 1: Direct API Integration

Step 1: Generate Your Mailchimp API Key

First, you'll need to obtain your API key from Mailchimp:

  1. Log in to your Mailchimp account

  2. Follow the instructions in Mailchimp's official guide: About API Keys

  3. Copy the generated API key for use in the next step

Step 2: Configure the Integration in Dazos CRM

  1. Log in to your Dazos CRM instance

  2. Navigate to Settings in the bottom-left corner

  3. Click on CRM Settings

  5. Find and click on the Mailchimp integration option

  6. Enter your Mailchimp API key in the designated field

Method 2: Zapier Integration

If you prefer using Zapier to connect Mailchimp with Dazos CRM:

  3. Create a new Zap with Mailchimp as the trigger and Dazos CRM as the action

  4. Follow Zapier's connection prompts for both platforms

  5. Configure your desired automation workflow

Verification / Expected Result

  • The Mailchimp integration shows as connected in your Dazos CRM settings

  • Data flows between Mailchimp and Dazos CRM according to your configuration

  • API connection test (if available) completes successfully
