Before You Begin
Make sure you have access to the iCampaign Subscribers section and permissions to manage custom fields.

Steps
Navigate to Subscribers: Go to the Subscribers section in iCampaign.
Access Manage Fields.
Create a New Field: Add a new custom field for Contact Types.
Set the field type as Picklist and add the label name Contact Type
Add your desired contact types (e.g., "Leads", "Patient", "Patient Contact", "Referral Source") as options in the picklist
βSave the custom field
Expected Result
Once created, you'll be able to assign Contact Types to your subscribers using the dropdown field. You can then use this field to create segments and target specific contact types in your campaigns.
