Overview
Module tables in Dazos CRM cannot be directly mapped or shared between different modules. Each module table is specific to the module where it was created and configured.
Understanding Module Table Limitations
While you can create custom module tables for any CRM module, these tables are module-specific and cannot be mapped between different modules. For example:
A "Contact Attempts" module table created in the Leads module cannot be mapped to Accounts or Intake Opportunities modules
Each module maintains its own separate set of module tables
Module tables collect one-to-many data sets within their specific module only
Alternative Approaches
If you need similar data collection across multiple modules, you can:
Create separate module tables with the same structure in each module where you need the functionality
Use standard CRM fields that are available across modules
Utilize module relationships when building reports to connect data between related modules
Managing Module Tables
To create and manage module tables within a specific module:
Navigate to Settings > CRM Settings > Module Management > Module Tables
Create a new custom table
Select the specific module where you want to create the table
Configure your module table for that module only
Expected Result
Each module will have its own separate module tables that cannot be shared or mapped to other modules. Data collected in module tables remains specific to the module where it was created.
