Understanding Revenue Data Sync Limitations Between IQ and CRM (CRM)

Overview Revenue data does not currently flow from Dazos IQ into the CRM. This is a known platform limitation planned for a future release.

What Data Syncs Between IQ and CRM

Currently, the only active sync between IQ and CRM covers payment transactions β€” not revenue attribution data. Revenue attribution for campaigns is managed exclusively within Dazos IQ Marketing Reports and cannot be pulled into CRM fields or modules.


Where to Find Revenue Attribution Data

For campaign revenue attribution, use Dazos IQ Marketing Reports β€” the source of truth for revenue data tied to campaigns and admissions.

To view campaign attribution:

  1. Open Dazos IQ and navigate to Marketing Reports

  2. Filter by campaign or channel to see admissions and revenue for specific campaigns

  3. Use IQ reporting for all revenue attribution analysis

Current Limitations

The following are not currently supported:

  • Syncing revenue data from IQ to CRM fields

  • Creating custom workflows to pull IQ revenue into CRM modules

  • Manual revenue field mapping between IQ and CRM

  • Revenue attribution reporting within CRM modules

⚠️ Important: There is no manual override or custom field mapping available for revenue attribution today. IQ Marketing Reports remain the only source for this data.


Future Release

This limitation is a known platform issue planned for a future release. Customers will be notified when IQ-to-CRM revenue flow becomes available.
