Overview
The Revenue in CRM feature displays actual revenue data from IQ claims directly on Intake Opportunity records. This gives your team real-time financial visibility without needing to run separate reports, perform manual lookups, or export data from IQ.
This feature must be provisioned and enabled for your instance before the revenue fields will appear.
When to Use / Why It Matters
Use this feature when you need to view actual revenue collected from IQ claims alongside the intake record — for example, when reviewing financial performance per patient opportunity or when reconciling expected vs. actual revenue.
Previously, this data was not accessible within the CRM. With Revenue in CRM enabled, your team can see aggregated financial values directly on each Intake Opportunity without switching between systems.
What Gets Displayed
Once the feature is enabled, six aggregated financial values from IQ claims data appear as read-only fields in a dedicated block on each Intake Opportunity record. These fields reflect actual revenue collected from IQ and are automatically populated — no manual entry is required.
⚠️ Note: These fields are read-only. You cannot edit the values directly on the Intake Opportunity record.
How to Get This Feature Enabled
The Revenue in CRM feature is not enabled by default. To activate it for your instance:
Contact Dazos Support and request that the Revenue in CRM feature be provisioned for your instance.
Once the Dazos team confirms the feature has been enabled and provisioned, navigate to any Intake Opportunity record.
Scroll to the Actual Revenue block on the record to view the six aggregated IQ revenue fields.
💡 Tip: If you are unsure whether the feature is already enabled for your instance, contact Dazos Support and ask them to verify provisioning status.
0Tips & Notes
✅ Best Practice: After the feature is enabled, open a few Intake Opportunity records and confirm the Actual Revenue block is visible and populated with real values.
⚠️ If all values show $0 after enabling: This may indicate a sync issue between IQ and the CRM. Do not assume the data is correct if all fields display $0. Contact Dazos Support to escalate for technical investigation.
