Troubleshooting: New Picklist Values Not Displaying (CRM)

This guide helps you resolve issues when newly added picklist values don't appear in your Dazos interface, even though they exist in the values list.

Symptom

You've added new values to a picklist (such as 'Unqualified Reason'), but these values don't show up when you try to select them in forms or records, despite being visible in the picklist configuration.

Cause

This issue is typically caused by picklist dependencies. When picklists have parent-child relationships, new values need to be manually mapped to the parent field before they become available for selection.

Solution

  1. Contact Dazos Support to update the picklist dependency mapping for your new values

  2. Once Support confirms the mapping has been updated, refresh your browser completely

  3. Clear your browser cache if the values still don't appear after refreshing

  4. Verify the new values are now visible in your picklist dropdown

When to Contact Support

If you've added new picklist values and they're not appearing after a browser refresh, contact Dazos Support. This issue requires administrative access to update the dependency mappings between parent and child picklist fields.
