Symptom

Cause
This issue is typically caused by picklist dependencies. When picklists have parent-child relationships, new values need to be manually mapped to the parent field before they become available for selection.
Solution
Contact Dazos Support to update the picklist dependency mapping for your new values
Once Support confirms the mapping has been updated, refresh your browser completely
Clear your browser cache if the values still don't appear after refreshing
Verify the new values are now visible in your picklist dropdown
