Before You Begin
You must have access to both your CRM and iCampaign platforms
The checkbox field should already exist in your CRM
You should have permissions to create and manage fields in iCampaign (Subscribers > Manage Fields)
Steps
Create the Corresponding Field in iCampaign (if not already done)
Navigate to Subscribers > Manage Fields in iCampaign and create a field that corresponds to your CRM checkbox field.Configure the Workflow Trigger
When building your workflow in iCampaign, locate the "Value" field for your checkbox trigger condition.Enter the Correct Value
In the Value field, type "Yes" (without quotes) if you want the workflow to trigger when the checkbox is checked in the CRM.Save Your Workflow Configuration
Complete your workflow setup and save the changes.
Verification / Expected Result
When a record in your CRM has the specified checkbox field checked, the iCampaign workflow will trigger automatically. The system will recognize the "Yes" value and execute the workflow as configured.

Field Type Matching: For best results, create the field as the same type (checkbox) in both your CRM and iCampaign.
Cross-Platform Compatibility: Even if the field types don't match exactly between systems, the integration will still work because the CRM sends the value as text, allowing for flexible mapping in both directions.
Consistent Naming: Use consistent field names between your CRM and iCampaign to make mapping and troubleshooting easier.
