Creating custom list views in CRM

Custom list views in CRM allow you to filter and organize records to show only the data that's relevant to your team. For example, you can create a "Pending VOBs" view so your VOB team only sees the records they need to work on.

Before You Begin

Make sure you have access to the CRM module and the appropriate permissions to create custom views.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the CRM module in your Dazos platform.

  2. Look for the List Panel on the left side of your screen.

  3. Click the plus sign (+) in the List Panel to create a new custom view.

  4. Give your custom view a descriptive name (for example, "Pending VOBs" or "My Team's Queue").

  5. Set up your filter conditions to show only the records you want. For a VOB team queue, you would typically filter by:

    • Status = Pending

    • Any other relevant criteria for your workflow

  6. Save your custom view.

  7. Optionally, set this view as your default so it appears first when you open the module.

Expected Result

Your new custom list view will appear in the List Panel. When selected, it will show only the filtered records that match your criteria, making it easier for your team to focus on their specific tasks.

💡 Pro Tip

If you need to restrict team members to only see specific treatment programs, you can also manage user access by going to Settings → Manage Users and editing each team member's permissions.
