How to Create a Custom List View in Dazos (CRM)

Creating a custom list view allows you to filter and organize records in your CRM modules with specific criteria, making it easier to focus on the data that matters most to your workflow.

Before You Begin

  • Access to Dazos CRM

  • Navigate to the module where you want to create the list view (Leads, Accounts, or Intakes)

  • Know what filters you want to apply (such as Lead Status, Created Time, etc.)

  1. Navigate to your desired module: Go to the module where you want to create the list view (Leads, Accounts, or Intakes). You'll see the standard "All" list view by default.

    • Any other relevant field for your workflow

  6. Save your list: Click Save to create your custom list view. It will now appear in your "Shared List" or personal list dropdown for future use.
