We will be breaking down three ways of searching:
Using your quick link in your Dazos CRM Toolbar.
Advanced Search
Module Specific Search
Searching for information is a straightforward and user-friendly experience, offering various methods to cater to your specific needs.
Global Search
To access the Global Search functionality, click on the magnifying glass in your Dazos toolbar.
Begin typing your search query. There is no minimum characters required for a search, and Dazos does support partial matches. Below is an example of your search bar with a full name
Partial Match Example: Typing ‘Fer’ could return records with the names ‘Fernando’, ‘Fernandez’, or ‘Jennifer’
An example search with a full name:
Review the search results that are presented in a neatly organized table sorted by modules such as intake opportunities, leads, accounts, and insurance policies. This global search is flexible, allowing you to search by first name, last name, phone number, and more.
Advanced Search
When you need to narrow down your search results, Advanced Search is a great way to use any field in your CRM to be extra specific. In the below screenshot, we’ll run through a simple example using the following formula: Gender (Field) Equals (Operator) Male (Picklist item/match criteria)
To initiate an Advanced Search, click on the
icon in the right hand side of your search bar
Select the Module you’d like to Search in via the drop down. The default Module you will search against will be populated based on whatever Module you’re currently in when you initiate the search, however you can modify this to any Dazos Module
Once you’ve applied your search criteria, click “Search” to promptly display relevant results
Optional: Save your results as a list view for future ease of access
Module Specific Search
When viewing any Module (Leads, Admissions, etc) list views, you have the opportunity to search within that list view. At the top of each column in your list view, there will be a search bar where you can search appropriately within each field type (free text, pick lists, dates, etc).
To run a Module Specific Search
Open the list view you’d like to Search within
Click on the search bar in the column you’d like to filter against
Keep in mind, with appropriate Dazos CRM permissions, you’re also able to customize the columns in each list
Click on the green magnifying glass “
” on the left side of the searchable columns to apply the search filters
