Instance Navigation Icons
Location: This feature should be used when your instance of Dazos is utilized by multiple locations. It allows you to focus on specific locations and exclude others. A simple way to think of this is as a CRM-wide filter that would essentially filter against all of your instance list views, reports, and global search.
Global Search: This feature allows you to search the entire CRM for information. Using unique identifiers generates the best search results. This might be used to quickly pull up an admission, search for leads that may need updating, or any time you want quick access and know what you’re looking for.
Notification Bell: Your Notification Bell will highlight with a yellow circle any time you have unread notifications or action items. Example items that would show the unread, yellow notification circle would include scheduled Tasks, alerts, or records where you’ve been tagged in comments.
Quick Create: Using the Quick Create button will open a menu that will allow you to select any Dazos CRM module and quickly create a record. Example modules are Leads, Tasks, uploading Documents, and even VOBs.
Calendar: This feature shows you a calendar built into Dazos. This calendar will show you at a glance activities that have taken place in Dazos, or are scheduled to take place. You might check here for scheduled admissions, visits you have scheduled, or other relevant tasks that have been created in your CRM. Keep in mind this won’t be a replacement for your Outlook or Gmail calendars but is a great way to stay up to date on CRM Tasks & Events.
Reports: This button is a quick shortcut to redirect you to the “All Reports” list view within the “Reports” module in Dazos CRM.
Tasks: This feature will allow you to view your tasks and create new tasks for yourself and others.
Profile: This feature is your profile where you can view your Dazos Profile and review your “My Preferences”. You can update user information, change passwords, and send reset links.
Expand: This feature lets you expand your view to full screen. When activated, you can select the contract button that replaces it when Expand has been activated.
Customize Theme Settings: This feature lets you customize your theme setting with Dark Mode and Tabbed View by selecting the preferred checkbox.
