Action Button Definitions
Follow Button: At the top of this section is the Follow button, enabling users to stay updated on lead changes. However, it's recommended to reserve this feature for VIP Clients to avoid overwhelming users with updates.
Edit Button: The Edit button facilitates mass editing of the Lead Record. This is useful for making comprehensive edits to the entire record rather than individual line items. Notably, the fields available for editing are exclusively from the Details Module, excluding Summary or Updates module fields.
Email Button: Users can leverage the Email button to send emails directly from Dazos. This feature allows the use of email templates or custom creation, with options for formatting and attaching files. Additionally, users can save emails as drafts and/or schedule them for future sending.
Convert Button: The Convert button initiates the process of transforming leads into Accounts, Opportunities, and Instant VOBs. For a detailed guide on this process, refer to the "Converting Leads into Accounts, Opportunities, and VOBs" article.
More Button (β¦): The More button unveils additional features for users to explore. Each module may carry unique features behind the more button, providing a comprehensive set of engagement options.
Activities
The Activities section is associated to the Leads, Accounts, Intake Opportunities, and Referral Sources Modules. These features are not universal as other features reviewed in this section. The Activities section, offers streamlined tools for task and event management.
The Activities Section offers two primary features: "Add a Task" and "Add an Event," enabling users to effortlessly create tasks and events associated with the lead record.
An additional functionality, the Roll-Up feature, displays activities from related records when set to 'On,' providing a comprehensive view of all relevant activities, such as comments on associated Accounts, Opportunities, Tickets, etc.
By simply clicking "Add Task" or "Add Event" and following the process, users efficiently create a detailed activity history, enhancing task and event management within Dazos in a centralized location for monitoring and organization.
Comments
Access to the comments section may vary according to the module. This feature may be accessed through the Leads, Accounts, Intake Opportunities, and Referral Sources Modules. This offers a collaborative space for user engagement related to the lead record.
The Comments Section enables users to foster communication and collaboration by posting comments, with the system supporting attachments up to 100MB.
Users can direct comments to specific individuals using the @ symbol followed by the person's name, akin to social media mentions. The Tagging Feature facilitates direct communication, appearing in the recent comment section below the main comments area, accompanied by notifications to the tagged individual. It is crucial to maintain a professional and HR-friendly tone in all comments for a respectful and constructive communication environment within the Comments section.
