Overview
When a lead is converted in Dazos CRM, it is removed from the Leads module and is no longer accessible through normal list views or searches. This is expected, by-design behavior — not an error.
If you need to locate or review a converted lead, you must do so through Reports, by configuring the report to include converted leads.
Why Converted Leads Disappear from the Leads Module
Removing converted leads from the standard Leads module view is intentional. Keeping converted leads visible alongside active leads would create confusion for your team and cause data integrity issues in your workflow.
Once a lead is converted, the active records used for the rest of the intake process are the resulting Account and Intake Opportunity — not the original lead record.
How to Access Converted Leads
To view or track a converted lead, use the Reports module and configure your report to include converted leads. This is the only supported way to access lead records after conversion.
Navigate to the Reports module in Dazos CRM.
Open an existing lead report or create a new one.
In the report configuration, enable the option to include converted leads.
Run the report to view converted lead records.
Tips & Notes
⚠️ Warning: Do not attempt to find converted leads through the Leads module list view or search — converted leads will not appear there. This is by design.
💡 Tip: If you need to trace a converted lead back to its resulting Account or Intake Opportunity, use Reports to locate the original lead data, then cross-reference using shared fields such as the contact's name, phone number, or a unique identifier like a Call ID.
✅ Best Practice: If your team regularly needs to audit or report on conversion activity, build a dedicated saved report that includes converted leads so it is always easy to access.
