This guide explains how to convert a lead in Dazos CRM into an Account, Intake Opportunity, or Instant VOB (Verification of Benefits). Conversion requires completing all mandatory fields on the Lead Conversion Table to ensure data integrity.
Before You Begin
• Access to the Lead module in Dazos CRM
• Ensure all required fields are filled on the lead detail page (e.g., contact info, insurance details)
Steps
1. Navigate to the Lead module in your CRM
2. To convert a lead in Dazos CRM to an Account, Intake Opportunity, or Instant VOB (Verification of Benefits), you must ensure all required fields are completed. This step guides you through gathering the necessary information on the lead detail page.
3. Once you have clicked the Convert Lead button, you are taken to a Lead Conversion Table, which shows all the required fields that need values to convert successfully.
4. After initiating lead conversion in Dazos CRM, you’ll access the Lead Conversion Table to review and complete required fields for converting a lead into an Account, Intake Opportunity, or Instant VOB (Verification of Benefits).
5. Click the Convert Lead button to access the Lead Conversion Table. Review the table, which displays all required fields (e.g., contact information, insurance details) needed for successful conversion.
6. This final step confirms that you have successfully converted a lead into an Account and Intake Opportunity in Dazos CRM, finalizing the lead conversion process.

Verify Lead Conversion\ After completing the Lead Conversion Table in Dazos CRM, confirm the lead has been successfully converted
Verification / Expected Result
• The lead is successfully converted into the selected record type(s).
• A new Account and Intake Opportunity (or Instant VOB) should now be visible in CRM.
• The original lead record is updated to reflect the conversion.
Troubleshooting / Common Errors
• Missing Fields: Conversion will not complete until all required fields are populated.
• Error Message on Conversion: Double-check insurance details, contact info, or any custom mandatory fields.
