How Billing Works
Dazos does not bill customers for Lightning Step integration fees. Instead:
Dazos notifies customers of these fees in writing during the setup process
Lightning Step bills the customer directly for all integration costs
The customer pays Lightning Step separately from their Dazos subscription
Tips & Notes
⚠️ Note: The one-time setup fee applies per API/instance. Customers with multiple instances will pay the $1,500 setup fee for each one.
💡 Tip: Always inform customers about these third-party fees upfront so they can budget accordingly and understand that these charges come directly from Lightning Step, not Dazos.
